I stood for 5 minutes in the reception without interaction with anyone.
Walked out and got sorted elsewhere.
Following on from your reply, I understand it wasn't super busy as it was bank holiday. But nothing from the one person I saw. He was obviously getting on with the car that was already on the lift, so I understand if he didn't see me but I would of expected someone else around. Either way, I'm not running the business, I'm just letting you know of my experience.
Ill probably go there in the future and it could be totally different.

Fantastic service! Was down in scarborough on holiday and on the way down the brakes had packed in. Phoned kwik fit on the monday and they got me in first thing tuesday morning, identified the problem and had the car fixed by tuesday afternoon!

I had a slow puncture and your technician saw the screw in the side wall straightaway. He offered to fit a new tyre immediately. This was fantastic for me as I was a lone female about to embark on a long motorway journey and under a time pressure. I feel safe going to kwikfit.

We've been on a break to Scarborough and this morning as we were leaving to drive back home my TPMS light came on. I phoned Kwik Fit and they booked the car in straight away. They quickly diagnosed a metal staple type object in the tyre and offered to repair the puncture first, or replace the tyre. The repair was successful and we were on our way within the hour. Absolutely first class professional and friendly service!!

Went there today for a tyre check as it is free and I have to say that I was very impressed with the young men working there. Friendly, efficient and very professional! I'm inexperienced with cars and I was unsure of how to check tyre pressure but the young man patiently showed me how to do it and I was so pleased I went.
I will definitely go back if I have any problems or need tyre replacement as the customer service was excellent. Thank you guys !!

Go a flat type on Sunday got there at 8am in van and they said it can not be done as they haven't got a jack to do job so I called my breakdown and a man in a van come out in 20mins with a jack and sorted it out for me i own 4cars at home will never use the ever just didn't want to do the job not happy hop kwik fit contacts me over post need to sort there staff out not good ?

Excellent service on a Saturday morning as a walk-in.
Very polite ,helpful and understood my urgency in re-balancing my new wheels and tyres ready for MOT which were purchased elsewhere.

Ordered new tyres online and left the car at the depot for fitting. Got a telephone call to say the tyres they advised were not correct and would have to fit more expensive ones. Had to return the car to depot twice because they failed to fit them correctly ( wheel rim not cleaned properly and not sealed so tyres kept deflating). Had to pay another £39 to have the Tyre sealed properly to the rims. Very unhappy indeed
