“Always found the staff and management hepfull in ordering and/or returns at the Scarborough and the Wakefield depots with a positive can do attitude-MAYBE idea to send some of the negative+toxic staff over from the local Wetherspoons and work a few shifts on screwfix branch front desk and see how truegenuine customer is carried out-Keep up the good work guys as I personally think they do not always get the credit they deserve considering the unsocial+long shifts-WELL DONE GUYS+GALS”

“My experiences in the past not Great but this time I got everything I needed to build a 1.8m gate for less than the timber merchants. They only sell 3m and 5m lengths. They were same price per metre and sold 2.1m packs. Do the maths B&Q half price!”
