Fantastic experience for my daughter and me today getting her ears pierced. Natalie was brilliant, so thorough and she made the whole process very calm and fun. Love the treat idea for the kids after they are finished. Would recommend!! ??????????

Visited our local H Samuel's in Scarborough on a bleak Tuesday afternoon in March.My daughter and I were looking for a ring for her Birthday,we had window shopped the other jeweller's in the area but nothing had caught my daughters eye.On entering the store a lovely assistant who we later found out was called Alison,asked if we needed any help and we said we just wanted to browse. Five minutes later I approached the lovely friendly assistant Alison and asked if she could show us a selection of rings.She showed us loads of beautiful rings in all styles and finishes,nothing was to much trouble for her,she ring sized my daughter and made suggestions all in a very friendly kind manner.We were delighted with our choice,unfortunately it was only available from another store in the suitable size,again this was not a problem,it is being sent to Scarborough,then sent to be sized.We really enjoyed our shopping experience made all the more special by the wonderful caring kind Alison who put us both at ease.Just a lovely experience from beginning to end.Thank you Alison and H Samuels
