“Today I visited this proudfoot store and it far exceed my expectations.I thought I was going to walk into a scaled down version of Yorkshire's answer to tesco, however it was like a tesco and wilko's store in one. There are loads of different house hold and DIY products etc and a huge range of food produce. All seems to be good quality and well prices.”

“Top branded food products at knock down prices. Price at checkout is always a surprise and I buy mostly frozen chicken cubes and others types of meats... Never am I disappointed with Heron. Basic but brill”

“Has most things that households need and the prices are not too bad - a bit higher than the major supermarkets but not by a lot. Has its own savers products and a food collection to help those in need which are both good things.Doors on the fridges make the appearance better as well as hopefully saving energy. Friendly staff.”

“Aldi do certain things I feel they do really well. This is personal preference so I buy these things. The shop is average and you have to type your car registration into the computer on the way out or risk a parking fine.”

“5 star service from Tesco, I went in requiring a passport photo, unfortunately the machine was broken but the 2 members of staff at the check in desk went above and beyond taking photos for me to use, great customer service, friendly and welcoming.”

“Did not shop at Sainsburys went to Agos which is upstairs in the store but I did get what I needed. Some really good shops on the High Street here as well. Good area to visit.”

“Easy to shop though some aisles are tricky to navigate due to people standing at a chiller either side with a trolley.Returning trolleys can be a pain if no one opens the doors after you've returned trolley and you have to walk round the shop to exit.Staff are polite and helpful.Would be better in a bigger site with dedicated parking and access. A good warehouse style shop would be best due to the cost of living pinch and would make shopping a lot easier and then the delivery vans wouldn't be be looked abandoned outside the store on the pedestrianised area.”

“The shop is not unlike many other convenience stores; little bit steeper on price and items not in line with splash pricing on packaging at times. However there's a member of staff who often serves me; very polite and helpful. This lad is an asset to their customer service team.”

“I am a regular daily user of one stop. I always have a nice experience with the staff. Never had a negative experience. I use several of the branches in Scarborough. Despite the price hikes recently i am still able to find items that are fair or have been generously reduced.”

“I usually go there for the a" Fresh Cream Chocolate Sponge Cake" as my wife loves it. It's her favourite.♥?I also do like the service and friendly, cooperative staff there. It also has Morrison's Petrol station where one can self wash car?, vacuum your car, fill air in the tyre (50P/5min), but i missed refilling water into wiper reservoir. I will definitely recommend going there.”
