We love it clean friendly atmosphere. We occasionally eat and it is very nice .Al the food looks good. We have coffee nearly every day. It's good value. An ordinary white coffee. Staff are very friendly. We would recommend a visit.

End up with food poisoning from this Greggs reported it to Greggs mess me about for two months. Not interested about food hygiene. And customer care.

This recently revamped branch of Greggs always has excellent staff to help. I asked for a decaff latte and they went the extra mile to help. Due to dietary restriction, I am unable to eat most of their delicious bakes so perhaps more gluten free choices would be helpful although I realise this can be tricky. Thank you for helping, though, Greggs!

Asked for hot/warm pasties, both were cold.
Also bought cookies and coffees.
Went to sit down outside, there were 3 empty tables, all of which were covered in waste food, paper bags and cup lids with cigarette butt's in them.
Asked a guy inside to please clean them so we could sit down, he left the table wet through and just removed rubbish from the other 2 without cleaning them.
The bin was more than overflowing with a lit cigarette still smoking on it and the ground was covered in rubbish too. He never even bothered to out the cigarette.
We ended up walking away to find a suitable area to eat.
