Staying locally for a week on holiday . The gym has everything you need plus more .
There's multiple squat racks , heavy dumbells , a machine to isolate each muscle group easily , standard cardio kitt and even a sun shower for your vitamin D.
Hygiene is taken seriously with sprays and blue roll available. The layout is good doesn't feel saturated. Air quality and temperature is nice too.
Id love a speedflex blade in there and I think a few more cables are required especially for decline chest flys. Couple more free weight benches and another designated deadlift area and this gym would be pretty much perfect .
Id join if I lived here , would highly reccomend.

I joined FF about 3 weeks ago and I can, hand on heart, say I have never received a more wonderful welcome. I was very nervous about going through the doors but I shouldn't have been. I was immediately put at ease by Karen and shown around. I had my induction with Rob and he could not have been more respectful of my situation and my long term goals, and went out of his way to check in with me to ensure that the programme he created for me is working and achievable, and didn't hesitate to tweak things I didn't yet feel confident to do.
There is always someone on the desk ready with a warm welcome and there are many members who have smiled and offered encouragement and support in the short time I have been there. As a result I feel confident to go in and get on with my workout without feeling judged or laughed at for my lack of fitness and ability.
Going to the gym is fast becoming my favourite part of the day, and I NEVER thought I would say that. It has taken me years to find a gym that feels like home and I feel lucky to have found it at last.
If you are nervous about stepping into the gym, this is the place to be. It's a lovely community that you will fast become part of.

Staying locally at Primrose, only realising that Puregym don't have anything near the East coast so tried out Fashionable Fitness. Very happy with the outlay of the gym, the equipment available and the pre-care and after care of staff. Will be using them again next year.

Staff here are really welcoming friendly and kind ?Gym very clean and tidy ?Classes are fantastic, time table is great to work around everyone?s schedule I would definitely recommend classes and the gym is fantastic too ? I would definitely recommend fashionable fitness to anyone ? no visible classes there always use training staff to keep you motivated ? prices are fantastic too you definitely get your money worth I think ?
