Was in this afternoon with my mum due to home address updates, just one of those things so need to go back again after 30 days. But Lottie was brilliant, went above and beyond and gave a lot of info and was very helpful and polite! Asking by name when we go back again ?

Great came in to sort my dad?s phone, Lottie was really helpful and sorted it so he had a better deal. We came back and saw a friendly gentleman, didn?t catch his name. But the service from both of them was really great and would happily go in there again if we needed a phone

I am writing to express my profound dissatisfaction with the appalling customer service my 86-year-old grandmother experienced at your store. Despite her advanced age and hearing difficulties, she sought assistance for a phone issue, only to be met with discourteous and insensitive treatment. A staff member bluntly and rudely instructed her to ?go online? for help. This advice is not only impractical but shows a complete disregard for her situation, given her lack of internet access and inability to use a computer. This encounter has left her deeply distressed and worried, a state no elderly customer should ever be subjected to. The lack of empathy and support displayed is unacceptable and demands immediate attention.

Went to upgrade my mobile in Scarborough, not a good advisor. He had to keep asking the manager what to do with zero personality he didn't have a clue what he was doing. I couldn't understand what he was saying .Lee
