I've got a named GP. I recommended this place to my next door neighbours and they're delighted with it. They got rid of the awful Haxby ? ? group to come here. She's had Physio on the NHS

Sent me dozen texts attend flu jab I turn up today nurse refused to give me one so I refused to leave without one. Very hard to get past receptionist to book an appointment.

Totally frustrated with this surgery. Spoken to 4 people about my prescription, one of those persons was the pharmacist. Each time I have spoken to them they have got my dosage wrong on regular medication I take. No one listens to you trying to explain.Can never get appointment. Just get told ring tomorrow.

I had an appointment today because of extreme jaw ache due to the cold and i had a jaw reconstruction in my teens the student doctor prescribed me nothing even tho i was crying in pain i was told to buy over the counter pain relief which i had already been using and didnt help at all so now i have to double up on pain relief which still isnt helping i lose sleep because of it and still have to get up in pain to take my kids to school im thinking of leaving this surgery and joining one in town

I feel extremely lucky to be a patient at this medical centre all the admin and clinical team are amazing, needless to say I have some medical issues and I could not ask for more support than they have given absolutely fantastic

I was on holiday here for a week when I became unwell. This is the only drs surgery in a 10 mile radius which were interested in helping me. Very nice, friendly and helpful staff here.

My grandson needed to be prescribed antibiotics for a toe injury, but my own doctor at a different practice refused to see him because he didn't live here. The receptionists at this surgery registered him temporarily, and the doctor saw him straight away. I was so grateful, and both the doctor and the receptionists were lovely.
