“Love this place. It has everything, and while it's a value department store they only sell good stuff. I trust them when I'm buying from them which had included clothing, cleaning, household, DIY stuff etc”

“Went in today to buy a mug for my grandad. He's very particular about the mugs he uses! The lady on the ground floor counter was very helpful and kind, offering excellent advice and chatting pleasantly. She advised us that the mugs were on the 1st floor.
Upstairs, via a handy lift, was a nice selection of mugs that we could choose from.
The lady on the till upstairs was preoccupied with a customer buying curtains and didn't really acknowledge us while we queued up to pay -- so back downstairs we went to the helpful lady!
She served us efficiently and chatted about the type of mugs my grandad had selected. Excellent customer service from this lady and she got all of the 5 stars for this rating.”

“Such great bargains for designer clothes and good quality. There's a lot of choice for all sizes and the changing rooms are clean and large enough. with friendly staff, this shop is such a good place and I make this a stop on my way home every week.”

“We ordered 3 Wardrobes and 1 Chest of Drawers for our spare Room, they put the order through unfotunately we didn't have the space in our Car to take them away, asked if we could leave them at the Store until we got sorted, picked the items up a couple of days later, we're a couple of lefties and not DIYers but we built them and for the price we paid for the 4 items they look great.\\nA big thankyou to \\\"Josie\\\" for her attentiveness and help.”

“This is a lovely M&S serving the Scarborough community. I’ve been in a few times and really like the layout although there never seems to be many staff about.
Clothes etc are over 2 floors and there’s also a good size food hall.
Everything in the food hall was well presented and it was particularly pleasing to see a decent range of Made without wheat products; even better to discover that there were reduced price wraps ( delicious!)”
