We visited this store yesterday to buy all our white goods as we've recently moved here.
We were approached by staff member Andrew who helped us choose. He was very knowledgeable about the products and was able to provide the answers we needed. Andrew was a very kind and helpful chap without being pushy. We had a smooth and positive experience here thanks to him, he explained all our options very well and we left feeling very happy.
If the delivery is just as good then definitely a 5 star rating.

Never has stock on the more expensive items. Recent searches an visits to store on various purchases resulted in nil stock Scarborough X nil purchases.
Current TV adverts portraying staff as inflated body units resembles Mr Blobby.. characters in Currys uniform?!?!..by there bosses..put me off. I feel sorry for the staff.
Only home delivery... quicker than pick up options?!
Why bother having store in Scarborough?
Thankfully other options other than Currys available.
In days gone by Currys where more dependable....
The fact like many other big UK brands they don't bother trying to resolve x communicate to negative comments or thank there happy customers for 5 star reviews =..too big too care... either way ..

Television installed left covered in finger marks and tuned in to the wrong location.
Cooker installed not level.
Very large fridge freezer left in sitting room.
Don't use this company absolutely shocking service.

I will never use curry?s again! The worst customer service ever, wouldn?t accept the return of an unwanted Xmas present in store, gave us the run around. Now it?s over 30 days they won?t accept returns online either. Obstructive rude staff, buyers beware!

As Currys goes its ok. Don't seem to hold much stock of certain items. I was after a tablet and had to order for it to be delivered, would put some people off buying from there, Usually plenty of staff on

Customer service? None existent! Bought and paid for delivery and installation of oven and hob on 13th November! Still waiting! They've changed my delivery date yet again! I have no cooking facilities!! Cant speak to a human, or get number of my local store! Fuming!! I cant get to the store, I'm over 80 with no transport!

Took back a faulty coffee machine, only nearly 4 months old, told it had to be repaired when the guarantee people had told us to go in 50 miles round trip, that one was in stock and we would get an exchange. Did not happen. Expensive trip. Waitingn now for either exchange or told we would get a voucher, I don't want a voucher I want a refund as not happy with Currys now. Will be going to CAB to see what my rights are as the manager seemed to not believe I had any consumer rights.

Great staff and we dropped on a great deal so we are happy. BTW, I only give 5stars for Exceptional service. This was extremely good so 4 stars in my book.
