“Manager, Linda, was very helpful given that I ran late due to traffic. She was calm&polite when helping me choose my glasses and was so kind as to get me a bottle of water as I'd run! The young man who did initial tests was smiling, very kind and helpful. The actual optician was very efficient, gentle and helpful. She explained everything. A smoothe operator and fast!
Misty, who helped me sort frames, lens type etc, measured me for glasses and the lenses. What a lovely person, always keen to help and smiling, organised and efficient! Misty went out of her way to help and chatted with me aimiably, as she worked. Excellent service. She'll make a great ophthalmologist! Good luck at Uni, Misty!
