I always receive a fantastic service from the whole team at South Cliff.
Sharon, Jessy, Elle and Lucy always go above and beyond to help me with my orders/requirements.
They are always so polite, caring, conscientious and welcoming.
The food that they serve is always tasty and well presented and they always let me know about any special offers that they have which saves me money.

I use this shop regularly and all the staff are fantastic, always cheerful and happy to help. Special shout out to the lad with the beard, he is always polite and friendly.

Visited this morning and the left hand doesn?t know what it?s doing with the right hand asked for bacon sandwich got one with ketchup never asked for ketchup on it asked for another but with brown sauce the guy who served me it must be coming out of his wages because the drop I got was shocking and he has no clue how to make a sandwich wears a hair net on his big beard but his hair is same length and greasy! Got charged for a can of coke I never even got and the girl just stands staring giving out dirty looks! Il never ever return to this shop again.

If I could give the service zero stars I would.One dolop of sauce in the middle of my sandwich.Had to ask for my tea to be stirred.No pride taken in service.10:00am 20/2/24The younger girl serving did not smile once.Did not say please nor thankyou.I felt like I was a burden to be asking for food and a tea. Awful attitude.If I go to this store again and I see the same person serving.I will go across the road to dalias.

There doesn't appear to be a place to comment on all the cooplands shops, so this will have to do, been using cooplands for bread, cakes, and the cafes for years now and never had a problem until recently... I believe they were taken over? Well, since then I've had dry bread rolls and bread, cakes and doughnuts that tasted over a day old, lack of hot products later in the day and coffee that would have been ok had there actually been any coffee in the cup rather than hot milk. Cooplands used to be the place to go for baked goods but not anymore in my opinion, really gone downhill in recent months, however, there is some good news...i've found another that is up to cooplands old standards and above....Thomas the Baker, lovely soft fresh baked goods once again, and to top it all one member of cooplands staff admitted they now use Thomas's because of the fall in quality of cooplands and they work there! Say's it all really.

I went here on the 30/09 and the sausage rolls were full of maggots, I only noticed this as I got home. Won't be going again.

Big lass with the black hair and black rimmed glasses really needs training on customer service. I thought I would say that rather than to unfairly tar all the staff with the same brush. I dread going in here any more simply because of the inevitable unpleasant interaction, so I think I?ll be going elsewhere. I?ve heard of this attitude towards customers at branches throughout town, and it?s unacceptable. Cooplands sort your staff out.

Breakfast bap was cold and dry. Usually very good from cooplands however this was poor. Is the hot holding even switched on? Dissapointed.

Im very disappointed they've stopped chicken tikka ? I like what they have on the menu but it's ridiculous why they had to get rid of that!

I went into the cafe on Westborough for breakfast. Poor hygiene, no soap dispenser in the toilet so no way of washing hands. Saw a guy from the kitchen come out of the toilet and go back to the kitchen - did he wash his hands? Breakfast in a box? Awful, no eggs, soggy hash brown and cheap and nasty sausage. Thought I'd support a local business but now I'll stick to Greggs.

Used to love this shop, since they were taken over, the quality and choice has gone down but the prices have gone up, I would recommend avoiding them. They are clearly cutting costs at the customers expense, won't be using them again
