I was unable to get a GP Appointment & was referred to the Pharmacy by the surgery. I had a wasp sting on my foot which after 7 days with no problems suddenly became inflamed and a large blister appeared. I presented at the pharmacy & was seen by the Clinical Pharmacist (Sultan) within 10 minutes of my arrival. We had a private consultation and he prescribed a penicillin antibiotic after asking all the relevant safety questions regarding allergies etc. He was caring and empathetic and I left the pharmacy secure in the knowledge that my problem will clear up after my course of tablets. Excellent service. I would have no hesitation in asking for a referral to this Pharmacy in the future. Many thanks to Sultan and the counter assistant who greeted me.

Excellent staff , it has got even better since shop refit . Counter staff extremely professional and knowledgeable, friendly and polite .
Pharmacist is excellent, great knowledge and fast solutions to problems. Would recommend 100% as this is what a local pharmacy should be .

A friend is on holiday in Scarborough and has forgotten his medication. We called into the pharmacy to ask for advice. All of the staff were very friendly and the helpful pharmacist arranged a prescription and he got the required medication. Thank you very much for providing an excellent service.

Normally good service here, but not at the moment. Don't bother waiting for a text to collect you prescription, they are not sending them. Prescription are only being made up when you go in and request it. Then have wait 30 minutes.

staff on counter were very unprofessional and disrespectful. Discussing behaviour. I would expect much more from my staff, unfortunately we have to put up with this behaviour as it is the only chemist in the near vicinity.
