When I paid for these second-hand earphones, I appreciated that they were not brand new, however the amount of dirt, dead skin and sebum squished into every crevice of both buds has me thoroughly disgusted.
I know these devices are all tested, so why oh WHY are they not cleaned?!? Even a cursory wipe would've helped!!

Worst CEX I?ve ever used, bought an Xbox 360 pad and was faulty as soon as I used it luckily got a refund but takes 3 business days for it to be in my account?? bought a headset and looks like someone used it for an ashtray and constantly crackling when used. Don?t buy from here.

A bit little small compared to other CEX stores and you might have to queue a bit here, should be maybe where comet used to be. (my opinion)Friendly staff and was able to find a guitar effects pedal and a Blackstar amp together after online search and at Scarborough.. When does that ever happen

Just come to sell a ps5 and was told the pad was cracked then realised the pad wasn?t cracked it was actually part of the pad. Then was told they don?t buy them without the stand and screw which didn?t even come with the console it was purchased separately. The customer service was one of the worst encounters I?ve experienced! What person that works in cex doesn?t know what a ps5 pad looks like?

Hi good evnn 2or3 wks ago my old mobile froze on me i thought never mind you it was a old phone . So i went into the shop explaind my situation to the cool guy who Bless Him helpd me . Im not good with Technolovu so the cool guy forgot his name sorry he helpd me to pick another mobile Samsung A105 im slowly getting the hang of it it was roughly abt well ovr 1hr that the cool guy Helpd me Bless Him from fixing my sim & memory card i was So Truly from my Heart so Grateful Thankful & Humble for the cool guy doing all that for me & havnn to set up another e.mail because it was a new mobile + my old phone froze he also put my mind at rest there was also facebook ,twitter zoom & all the otjer apps he got rid of them for me. When i bought my mobile i got a mobile case then went to Gregs the bakers & got the COOL GUY A FEW NICE CAKES FOR HIMSELF & THE OTHER STAFF. IDE ALSO LIKE TO SAY AGAIN A MASSIVE THANK YOU FOR URE KIND CAREING HELP IM TRULY TRULY GRATEFUL.IM RECOMEND CEX SHOP FOR GAMES & MOBILES & THE STAFF DEFINETLY 5 ?????????? & ABOVE THANK YOU GUYS & THE LADYS THANK YOU ?????

I stay away from this place because it seems to be only frequented by high society. Last time I tried to enter, the butler at the door asked where my crystal slippers and white gloves were as the beautiful people inside chuckled at me through the window as they quaffed their Dom Perignon. I apologised profusely and scuttled back to my cave.
Unless you?re of only the highest wealth and most exquisite of taste, do not inconvenience this establishment with your presence.

Very helpful staff when I needed to exchange an Apple Watch from a different store due to incompatibility. They were very helpful and went out of their way to sort things as soon as possible.

Purchased 3 old COD games as I wanted to play the campaigns again. 2/3 games don?t work. Unfortunately I?ve lost the receipt. Disappointed and wouldn?t use them again if they can?t test that the games they sell actually work.

I don't get why cex gets a bad rap. Every time I've gone here, I've always had incredible service and good quality products with no faults whatsoever. I recently got a PS vita, and it has absolutely no faults and no scuff marks at all. Would recommend.
