“Had some issues with our new phones from BT/EE - visited the Scarborough store and was served by Lotty - excellent service from a young Lady who totally knew what she was talking about and put our minds at rest. Very much liked the seating arrangements in the store, made it very private and able to engage rather than standing up, great idea. We have been with BT for many years and have updated our broadband, disagree that the setting up of the system is 'EASY', my Daughter is amazing at setting up knew systems and it took her time to work it out and set it up. On the back of that well done to Lotty for her excellent customer service and knowledge - Mr & Mrs. Carson. It's also great to know that you can visit a store with personal service if issues occur in the future.”
