“I ordered a copper toilet roll holder online and that same day a lovely lady rang me to let me know that the item I had ordered wasn't as bright as the picture on the website. She sent me 3 pictures of the item at the shop via WhatsApp in different lighting to check I'd be happy to accept it. I was and it arrived packaged well in a couple of days. I'm really happy with the item and especially happy with the customer service. Thank you.”
