Shocking service. I went in to have a consultation with the pharmacist because I don't want to burden the GP to be told he would be 10 minutes. Waited 20 minutes then when I went to ask the woman how long he would be I was ignored. I walked out. I'll just go see my GP.

Absolutely terrible, waiting two day for a prescription I was told had arrived and been ordered to then be told that they've no order ut and not got in stock, missed multiple trains due to this and lost a fair bit if cash due to this
I'd avoid this place like the plague.

Manager, Linda, was very helpful given that I ran late due to traffic. She was calm&polite when helping me choose my glasses and was so kind as to get me a bottle of water as I'd run! The young man who did initial tests was smiling, very kind and helpful. The actual optician was very efficient, gentle and helpful. She explained everything. A smoothe operator and fast!
Misty, who helped me sort frames, lens type etc, measured me for glasses and the lenses. What a lovely person, always keen to help and smiling, organised and efficient! Misty went out of her way to help and chatted with me aimiably, as she worked. Excellent service. She'll make a great ophthalmologist! Good luck at Uni, Misty! Thanks very much to all of the Opticians team. I'll be back! Maggie.

For my last 3 visits I have been met with atrocious customer service. Most of the staff here are so rude and quite literally laugh at you! And looking at the reviews on here, it's a very common thing

BE CAREFUL!
Placed an oder of skin scare products over £100 for next day delivery and it came late with the parcel being damaged and sealed again with different tape, the box was empty. I have proof as it came to my business premises therefore everything is on cameras, even the carrier driver from Royal Mail was shocked how light the parcel felt and how it had been taped up with shiny brown tape (not the typical boots matt tape) Been fighting with boots for months and yet they have argued back that the packed it correctly and there?s nothing they can do about it, I am super disappointed and disgusted by their service, I cannot trust another online order unless I buy it from the store. Be aware someone in their packaging department is stealing products from customers orders. My reference number is 72108742. Thank you boots for your lovely service, enjoy my hard earned money gone to waste! Thank you again.

Been on a diet for 7 weeks and using boots weighing scales but for the last 3 weeks the scales have been broken and nobody seems bothered about fixing them it's disgusting.

Rude staff. Went next door and paid a lot less. Boots put a sign on their counter to que at pharmacy. Waited ages to be told to go back to counter and join another que. Staff next door were a lot better.

Not the biggest Boots but a reasonable size with well stocked shelves and a pharmacy.
I went in hopeful of finding some 17 products but this is another Boots where it is not stocked.
Not many staff around but the lady I spoke to was very helpful.
Four stars because it was absolutely freezing in the store which has to make for a poor working environment for the staff; I certainly didn?t want to linger to look at alternative products.

Staff are exceptional I rang for my prescription which is not local to be picked up and it was ready in less than ten minutes from the phone call
The staff in store were super helpful and happy
I can?t rate them high enough they saved the day for me and so fast I?m well chuffed
