Bought kitchen bathroom bedroom flooring. Disappointed to find on invoice 'Two or more products will come from different batches as a result we cannot guarantee a perfect colour match." Kitchen bathroom all fine, fitter informed me that bedroom carpet was marked resulting in its return. Week later carpet arrived was wrong colour. Third time lucky Malton lad fitter was brilliant, everyone apologetic hence just 3stars.

I recently had to replace the flooring in my flat, due to water damage.The guys at Best Carpets were so helpful. They offered advice and were quick to visit my flat to measure up and provide a quote.The father and son team that came to fit the new flooring did a splendid job, in some very tight places.I would happily use Best Flooring again and would recommend them for any of your flooring needs.They also sell very nice furniture.Well done to all the team and thank you very much Pauline Staves

Spoke to one of the staff, think his name was Scott, very helpful and knowledgeable. Had a wide range of carpets with good delivery times and flexible fitting which worked well for us. Even had a little electric train as part of the Christmas decorations which my son loved.
