I feel sad that after years of excellent service the pharmacy has declined in its customer service. After 21 attempts over a 2 day period I still haven?t had my calls answered so sent an email with no response. I?ve had a prescription outstanding for over a week now and one that was delivered that is a later Script so not sure what?s going on and have tried so many times to get through to them without success. Very disappointed

It is quite concerning to consider the situation at hand. A prescription was submitted one week ago, and upon inquiring about its status, I was informed that it had already been received by me self. However, upon further questioning, it was revealed that the delay was due to an anti-acid stomach liquid being out of stock so the filled prescriptions were on shelf in the back room. It appears that the staff overlooked the fact that the prescription bag contained heart medication, blood pressure medication, and other essential items. I was then asked if I would like to receive it now. After a week of waiting, this should not be a complicated matter. It is disheartening to witness the decline in service quality at this establishment.

Shocking service since it's changed hands. Medication is either wrong or late. They don't answer the phone and very unfriendly. Old staff are still great. Needs a complete overhaul

9 years of excellence, to then absolutely horrendous service, I cannot physically put their prescriptions in any earlier, and have been without medication for 4 days, medication that I need to help me move and have any sort of quality of life. Oh and the lies need to stop don't say that an order is out for delivery when it isn't its disgusting when your service is relied upon.

Fantastic pharmacy. The staff and full-time pharmacist are the most helpful of any chemist I have ever used. I would whole heartedly recommend if you have any issues with your own, the give them a try. You won't regret it.
