Went to get statements and didn't know what to do. Phil who advisers in there was fabulous. Showed me how to get on and even got my banking app up and running. Very nice guy and so helpful.

After a very stressful week of having my identity stolen. Tracey and Taylor were fantastic in making my bank account accessible again. They were caring and compassionate and provided a safe space for me to explain my situation. Had issues with an apartment booked in London via booking.com last October for May this year only for the apartment londwell Canary Wharf to cancel two days prior to our trip. No refund was given and apartments were ignoring all emails and voicemail for calls. Tried through booking.com and was not getting anywhere so popped into my local Barclays spoke to the lovely Taylor Hagan who after a stressful few weeks has sorted out getting my money back in a few clicks of a button and a few questions. First class service efficient and fabulous customer service. Wished I had gone to Barclays earlier
and saved myself lots of stress.
