“I took some cash out of one of their cash machines and because I have a Monzo bank account I couldn't got there to get the notes changed to smaller amounts. Anyway when I asked a member of staff she understood and went and changed it into smaller notes for me.”

“Having closed their branch in Ripley and directed me to the one in Alfreton, Barclays then closed the Alfreton branch, as I discovered a couple of weeks back, after taking the 2-bus journey and uphill walk to get there.
