The store is situated on the outskirts of Scarborough and has plenty of parking.
The staff were helpful and patient.
I needed some new taps for the bathroom and kitchen; while there was a good choice of 'demo' taps, quite a few were out of stock.
This is quite a large store but is easy to navigate around and is clean and tidy.
A good asset to the Scarborough area during a time when some of the high street chains are closing down.

Just been to Scarborough shop and was assisted by three young people who could not have been more kind and helpful if they had tried. I was exchanging wrong goods for right ones. The young lady on the collection point also ordered my two more of the goods I required as there were only 4 in the shop and I needed 6. I must admit whenever I visit the tore everyone is polite and helpful. A very pleasant visit.

Andy, and the young man with very dark hair and dark beard? Very helpful, excellent customer service, helped me choose a toilet seat, came back for another, and waiting for one to come in stock. Could not fault these guys! Thank you! You know who you are!!

Doesn?t offer a wood-cutting service because it?s ?too small?. How big does a B&Q warehouse have to be in order to cut a piece of wood? Can this be addressed?

What amazing help and treatment I've had from the following staff at B&Q this week.
Hazel was really helpful with finding items and assisting me in my choices. She was very patient.
Lauren, on the till, was super fast and efficient and very polite. Alice was the same and quietly confident. Both were calm and obviously very knowledgeable and experienced.
Richard G was unbelievably kind, helpful and patient. He was prepared to give me advice, using his years of experience, he thought carefully about what I would need for my various jobs and he explained his rationale. He didn't patronise me, but discussed all possibilities with me. He went more than the extra mile, truly beyond the call of duty!. His assistance today was much appreciated. Thanks so much to Richard G and to the other staff for being so friendly, supportive and positive. What a great team!

Ordered 13 rolls of insulation online for collection at Scarborough and travelled 20miles to collect. B and Q Staff helped to load the vehicle, however when unloading on my return only 12 rolls were loaded and some of these were soaking wet.
This causes the item to smell and NOT uncompress when removed from the packaging. When I called the branch the store manger Andy was rude, unprofessional and unwilling to resolve the issue. Not even an apology!!! He seems to think selling wet, stinking, glass fibre insulation is acceptable. I'll take my business elsewhere. I wish I had used Paypal to make the purchase so that I could open a dispute
