“Had a slow puncture, I popped in to inflate the tyre. The Manager was busy working in the garage I asked him if I could book the car in for a tyre repair or replacement. He was so helpful, he had a quick look at the tyre and said If you have time I can do it now!I agreed. He jacked the car up and removed the wheel, all done at the speed of light. He then proceeded to repair the puncture. Set the tyre pressure and put the wheel back on.Absolutely brilliant service, efficient and professional and all at a very competitive price.I would highly recommend this garage as this is the best service I've received from a garage in recent years. Amazing.”

“During a trip to North Yorkshire with my family our car suffered a serious electrical failure.After calling several garages and getting the 'sorry we are fully booked form the next two weeks' I called Carl at Esplanade and he said bring it in and we will get it sorted.We initially were told it was a starter motor failure and when the recovery mechanic (Adie, another amazing individual) started to look into the issue, he wasn't happy with the initial diagnosis and went above and beyond to dig deeper. He helped us get the car running and followed us along the route but when the car failed again he towed us there. Adi was talking to Carl on the way to help diagnose the issue. We arrived at lunchtime, Carl and his team got started on our car the minute we arrived and assured us we would be back on the road as soon as possible.It turned out after Carl had investigated further that our starter motor had failed but had caused the alternator to burn out and kill the battery also burning out an earth cable. They worked past closing to get us back on the road. What Carl didn't tell me until later in the day after chatting was that he was also booked up for weeks but could not see us stranded.I cannot praise them highly enough as they didn't just replace parts that had failed, they got to the root of the problem and solved it.I wish there were more Carl's around today as we would be in such a better place.”
“Dan and Mark are two great guys who went above and beyond to get our car repaired so we could tow our caravan home from our holiday.Mark came to our campsite to look at the car and towed us to the garage when we broke down.Dan brought us back to the site and Mark returned the car back to us at the campsite saving us two costly taxi rides.Thanks again guys!”
