Transferred my repeat prescription to chemist who have excellent customer service and treat their customers with respect.
After my last visit to Aston Pharmacy I was treated so badly by the woman behind the counter I sent a complaint. Not something I would normally do because I appreciate that we all have bad days. But the way I was treated warranted a complaint. They didn't even acknowledge it! If I could give zero stars I would because 1 star is too many.

Multiple times I have been to this pharmacy now where they have not had my repeat prescription in. It never seems to matter how far in advance I order my repeat prescription either. I have just been told that I can try again tomorrow afternoon or go to another pharmacy in the town centre. I can't try tomorrow afternoon as I will be at work, so now I've got to rush into town now before I start work today, as this is something I need tonight.
I am fed up of this same issue where I have to chase around medications through no fault of my own.
Even though this pharmacy is a two minute walk from my house, I'm going to have to look at moving to another pharmacy because I can't deal with this sort of service any more.

Thank you for helping me so much when I had an infection and away from home, staff was very friendly, was thoroughly checked and given antibiotics, feeling so much better today, would recommend to anyone.

Avoid if possible, grumpy staff, unorganised,long queues regardless of time of day, never answer the phone, trade counter and set up of shop not very customer friendly they still have covid screen up on trade counter ? so staff struggle to hear you. I have had to change for my sanity.

Popped into enquire after a prescription after they were not answering the phone. ( hence -1*)Friendly staff sorted it out within 15 minutes and gave good advice.

I dont normally give negative reviews, lifes too short, but on this occasion, I'll make an exception.This branch of Astons is disorganised. Under staffed. Customer service is non-existent, and 'some' (not all) staff, make you to feel that you are an unwelcome interruption to more important work. IE just wandering off from the counter to do other things whilst the shop is full of customers without any acknowledgement explanation or greeting.During my only second visit to the pharmacy, the place was absolutely packed, after waiting in a long queue for ages the pharmacist came out to speak to the gathered disgruntled customers, saying they were understaffed, waiting times would be at least 30 minutes from that point, and that they had boxes of stock to sort through, but that would have to wait until after the weekend.After two visits, totalling in excess of 75 minutes, I eventually got my prescription dispensed, only to find one item was missing. I returned 4 days later and told that this item had been accdently 'missed' and that it had just been reordered.After being with this pharmacy for just 10 days, I have left and joined one that offers better service.

Good service but an absolute nightmare to ring them for information so I have to drive to the chemist for the information I importantly need also sometimes to pick my tablets up etc.! Very annoying! As I am a full time carer!
