Went to the Scarborough branch to see how we can spend a One4all gift card with Argos. The assistant who was most impolite advised it was not possible to spend it in store or online during lockdown. So it seems Argos have no system in place for spending gift cards at present. A wasted journey! Went to Amazon and spent it online there with no problems at all. I wont be heading back to Argos anytime soon after this experience.

IT took 3 email chats, 6 days of trying get a Hotpoint fan oven to find there was no stock.And if I got one ordered the offer of £50 of JS vouchers would be gone.Went to Boots /AO cost less and will be here on Tuesday.

The staff is a little bit inutil ask few questions about some products and she said she doesn't know anything about it and she looks at me very disgustit so this is a Wednesday 7th October around 11:00am. (Is not the first time) very sad

We ordered 3 Wardrobes and 1 Chest of Drawers for our spare Room, they put the order through unfotunately we didn't have the space in our Car to take them away, asked if we could leave them at the Store until we got sorted, picked the items up a couple of days later, we're a couple of lefties and not DIYers but we built them and for the price we paid for the 4 items they look great.\\nA big thankyou to \\\"Josie\\\" for her attentiveness and help.

Absolute disgrace, order washer with installation package and then they ring before to say they made an error and there just bringing washer, so how do they resolve the matter, "get a plumber" no help customer service, anti sarcastic comments, disgraceful attitude and no customer care what so ever

Ordered 3 items on Thursday. One of which was to be picked up on Sunday We asked the assistant if we could pick them all up on Sunday, she confirmed that this would be OK When we arrived at argos on the Sunday one item had been sold and was not available in any other store. Very poor customer relations

On the first floor of the large Sainsburys, it hasn't been busy the times I went. I found what I wanted quickly enough at a reasonable price. You get quite at a lot of choice in the in store electronic catalogue, however, if you're looking on their website beforehand, unless you reserve the item it may not be in store when you later go.
