Can recommend the breakfasts, good quality ingredients, nicely cooked, excellent portion size for the price, very good coffee, plenty of choice of seating areas, free large car park, nice quiet setting

Went out for lunch with my parents and godmother on the bank holiday. Service was amazing along with the food which was quick to be brought out. Lovely atmosphere as well, appeared to be very family friendly. My only complaint is it was a little cold in the back conservatory bit of the cafe so we moved into the main room!

Always excellent service and a very wide choice and variety on the menu. I very much enjoy visiting Hartley?s Café and love the relaxed and warm atmosphere. Would recommend to anyone!

This was my first visit to Hartley?s, suggested by a friend. We sat away from the counter area in a light and bright room. Service is from the counter and orders then brought to your table. The place was busy, but we did not need to queue for more than a minute or two, and our meal was brought in less than ten minutes. I had very nice soup, with a roll. Another option on the menu was soup with savoury scone, but was not available that day. Full meals, sandwiches and snacks, plus various cakes, are served. Staff are pleasant, tables were cleared quickly and empty tables cleaned promptly. I will visit again.

Recently attended the Ibiza vibe at Hartley's cafe and we had a great evening. The food was lovely and we enjoyed the variety of cocktails - probable a bit too much :):). Sharon, thank you for doing such an amazing job organising the evening and we would definitely be back for more. x
