Just had a Gazco Stockton 5 Natural Gas stove fitted in our snug by GFP Stoves & Fireplaces of Scarborough. Lewis Cory attended promptly for the survey and quotation. The work was completed on 20/02/23; Lewis and his assistant made an excellent job, causing no damage and removing all debris. The installation was rather involved as it involved a top-exit flue pipe and penetration of a 3' thick outer wall on a listed building. Room is 37 cu. metres, 2.3 m high. The new unit replaced an older gas stove of higher rated output, so we were a little concerned that the output would suffice. However, the Stockton 5 is more than adequate for the job; after initial start-up of 10 minutes on full, we reduce to minimum. We are also very impressed with the log-effect visual appearance, and the general quality of the stove construction. Very happy!
