been in this morning as usual to deposit cash.would not accept old twenty pound notes even though they are valid until Sep 2022,and the post office website says so.go in every Sunday,won't be going in anymore. .....I have been into the post office again today,hopefully this issue has been resolved.

Paid £19.50 for next day delivery 5 days ago. The parcel is still at the post office and the smug guy behind the counter refuses to give me it back. As a result of this my business has suffered. The professionalism of this post office is pathetic.
