Stayed here for a night with my partner, the room was lovely so clean and modern and the bed was so soft soon as my head touched the pillow was out like a light, had a great view of Robin hoods Bay from the balcony and its close to the rest of the town, the breakfast was great so filling to set you up for the day and there was a great variety to chose from, the hosts was wonderful and attentive is we needed anything, brilliant place you won't regret booking a night away here.

Spent a lovely weekend here , room amazing and facilities great . Breakfast was huge and gorgeous . Staff friendly and even managed to find a ring and return it to me , I can?t praise this place enough . It?s an absolute gem .

Just had a weekend stay and found the place was very clean. The breakfast was fantastic, all freshly cooked and plenty of choice. Neil is a very good host.

A good place to stay - nice rooms, clean, modern and warm. Neil does a wonderful, tasty breakfast - cooked & served fresh. Piping hot, good ingredients & plenty of it. Definitely a place to stay in Robin Hoods Bay.

We were lucky to get booked, we had heard it was a very popular place to eat. The service was excellent, the food was delicious and very generous portion size. I started with Tempura Tiger Prawns which were very fresh tasting. My husband chose Camembert which again was delicious. I ordered Sea Bass and my husband Chicken breast fillet, they both were amazing. The Spiced Rum and toffee sundae was really out of this world. We were very full but just had to have a dessert. which again were wonderful. Would definitely recommend this Bistro

We?ve just had a meal at the Wayfarers Bistro. Wonderful friendly and professional staff. The scallops were absolutely beautiful! The seafood linguine was gorgeous. The Sauvignon blanc was perfect. My only regret is that I didn?t have room for dessert ? Would definitely recommend this bistro ??????????

We pre booked for my parents wedding anniversary for a party of 7 for three courses. The menu was really impressive and creative, but very limited vegetarian options (one). Our daughter is very picky and the staff agreed to make her plain pasta and were really nice about it - giving her some extra garlic bread. The food was exceptional, most of us got different dishes and every one was outstanding. Portion sizes were good. Thé staff were really friendly and happy to take photos or answer questions.

Booked in early on a Friday evening and most tables were already taken. This is a smart place with a relaxing atmosphere. Let me say now before I forget, the owner has a similar taste in music to myself, some great tunes, I'd forgotten how good 'Find the River' by REM actually is! Service was friendly and efficient. I had the seafood linguine, absolutely delicious. I shared a bottle of Red with one of my friends and it was excellent and very reasonably priced. Our dining out highlight of the week.

The wayfarer serves very good fresh fish dishes in a nice restaurant run by friendly staff. We ate fresh Crab and Cod, accompanied by a good wine from their wine list.

Ambience wonderful, waiting staff superb, food out of this world. An absolute gem. Been returning here since I discovered three years ago, never fails to hit the heights. Accommodation also top notch and the breakfasts prepared by Neil, well I?ve not had better anywhere.
