I am so utterly grateful to Wayne for picking up the phone on a Saturday afternoon and going out to check my elderly mum's bioler - which, it turns out, needs replacing. Wayne was just wonderful and could so easily have turned down the job - like the others I phoned beforehand. I am eternally grateful to him for his kindness and care and looking forward to seeing mum's new boiler when it is installed this week. Thank you hugely for being such an amazing company and for helping out a desperate person (me not my mum!) at the weekend and for fixing things so that my poor mum will be warm until Wednesday. I cannot begin go express my gratitude.

Wayne was great. Had a new condenser oil burner fitted. Explained everything to someone who didn?t understand these things never having used oil before. Very thorough job. Will use again def. Thanks Wayne ?

This chap got the boiler up and running just as the cold hit in December would use him again :)
