Charity shops are almost always a refreshing look into another world of volunteer work, donation from those who can, for those who can't. In almost two decades of UK charity shopping this is by far the most over priced shop I have been in. Flat packed book shelf: £75. Over used leather chair: £150(marked down!) Used coffee maker: £55. The only item I saw reasonably priced was an older coffee table for £15 that needed some tlc. Who ever does the prices there is mighty proud of the work, but they would most likely be able to do more good in the long run if the people who actually need to shop there could afford it.
