Decided to buy a new bed recently, as my partner was experiencing back pain when waking up.
We were keen to support a local business, so visited the Ripon shop and received a warm welcome from John, who has a wealth of experience in the industry.
John listened to our needs and made recommendations based upon them. Taking the time to explain the differences between the mattresses and getting an understanding of my partner's sleeping habits. Also considering best storage options.
In the end we chose the The Ice Cloud Ortho 2000 , designed for those that like a firmer feel to their mattress. Using a full orthopaedic pocket spring system the Cloud Ortho provides deep levels of firm support from 2000 individually pocketed springs with 5 individual support zones. This zoned support system ensures a perfect support to the heavier parts of your body whilst not being over supportive on your lighter areas, ensuring good support at all times. Opting to buy the ice cloud pillow also.
Rob the owner and John have been nothing less than excellent in terms of the service they provide. We were so impressed with them we recommended a friend also use their services.
The bed arrived promptly and was delivered by two wonderful fitters, who were respectful of the property, very polite and who were happy to answer any queries I had.
From start to finish, a top class service from a business you can trust.
First night in the new bed last night and what a difference.
Cannot recommend highly enough.

Absolute 5* service from Rob. Really good product range, excellent prices! He made the effort to make sure our new beds were delivered on the day we moved in he did not disappoint. The delivery guys were just as great too. Really professional and friendly. 100% recommend this company and will be returning for future purchases.

A brilliant firm and products and it is good to give support to a family firm.We bought 2 mattresses and bed frame from them 3 years ago and we were pleased and therefore returned.
We.purchased an ottoman bed and headboard from no pressure salesman John and it was delivered and assembled yesterday.David and Darren were efficient polite and amusing !!

I had to buy a bed as a matter of urgency for my husband who fractured his hip and pelvis out cycling. I needed the bed to be delivered so that it could be put downstairs on his return from hospital. Simply Beds were absolutely brilliant in all respects namely help choosing the correct bed, delivery and price. The bed was delivered on time. When he was able to get upstairs we moved the bed into a spare room and also moved another bed into the garage for sale. The employees of Simply Bed were super helpful and efficient. If I could give more than 5 stars I would .

I recently visited Ripon Simply Beds and the service I received was excellent. Rob was very helpful and informative without being pushy. I bought a single ottoman storage bed and I cannot believe the storage space there is. The man who delivered it was great and everything was sorted out in no time. I would recommend them to anyone. A friendly and knowledgeable experience from start to finish. Nicki took the time to understand our needs with no over selling. The bed came in 2 weeks, delivered by super friendly and careful guys. I would highly recommend shopping local and would certainly use again.

Called in a couple of weeks ago to look at mattresses. It was lovely to be left to look at the range without being hassled or pressurised into a purchase. When we did have questions, the staff were very knowledgeable about their products. Ordering was easy, and once the mattress was available they were more than happy to hold on to it until we could take delivery. The delivery team were great ..... it's not easy manoeuvring the mattress up our stairs but they accepted the challenge in good humour even if there was a few good natured grumbles! Mattress looks great. Looking forward to no more aches and pains each morning.Definitely would use again
