I now have gorgeous wardrobes designed by Pippa. Excellent service from the very start. No detail was missed and the outcome is exactly as I envisioned. I can't recommend Ripon Interiors highly enough.

What can I say - from the moment we entered into the shop right up to today when the job is finished - the service, attention to detail and empathy we have experienced with this company has been the best we have every encountered (and boy have we encountered many over the years). Pippa and her colleagues have been with us every step of the way and nothing has been too much trouble. We have gone from an absolutely dreadful ensuite, fitted by an amateur, to a beautifully crafted and professionally installed bathroom. You have made a very stressful experience completely problem free.

BEWARE IF YOU DON'T WANT TO RISK NOT RECEIVING G|OODS OR A REFUND! Ripon Interiors' directors put another company of which they are directors (UK Bathrooms) into what effectively amounts to voluntary liquidation and advised customers that they would not be delivering their goods or giving refunds! This was after delays in supply with assurances that deliveries would be made! They pointed us towards claiming the money paid back against credit card companies. They even kept taking orders and peoples' money for a period of time following this with no real chance of supply or a refund. They are now scheduling a grand relaunch in October 2023! in my opinion they've walked away pretty much unscathed personally from UK Bathrooms and their customers and are setting up essentially the same company,quite possibly under a different name, and I wouldn't be surprised if they don't follow the same "business model" and walk away from this business after lining their own pockets, leaving customers high and dry and leaving someone else to foot the bill. If you don't believe me check out UK Bathrooms reviews (especially the recent ones which are all but one star) on Trust Pilot. In my opinion Graeme Borchard, Andrew Boddy and Peter Gregg are crooks who should be banned from being directors of any business.

What a con! Ordered two sinks on the 31st May. Its now the 18th July and still no update on the order, offer of an apology or update as to when the sinks will arrive. Avoid like the plague and go elsewhere with your hard earned cash. This lot couldn't give a monkeys about their customers or the order. I reckon i will have to pursue this through the small claims at this rate

OK first off, I have no idea what quality their bathrooms are or how they are at their design services, etc... we didn't get that far.This is our experience. We came into the showroom around midday on a Saturday a few weeks back. Upon entering the store we saw 2 female members of staff at the front desks talking to another woman, from the conversation going on I'm guessing a friend not a customer. There was one male at a desk halfway down the showroom. At this time there was just one other customer in the store looking round.As we came into the store I looked toward the females at the front who didn't look up and continued their chat. We then took a walk round the showroom as we came round toward the male sat at a desk, again no eye contact or greeting. I then walked closer to him and said hello, he looked up said hello back, no further communication, no enquiry if he could help, etc.We continued back to the front of the shop. Picked up a brochure and saw that the two females at the front were now on their own. So we walked up to the female closest the door and I started speaking to her, saying that we were looking at getting a new bathroom...in a bathroom store, shocker!Well the real shocker was the fact that as I was talking to her, she then turned to the entrance, where the male who'd been sat at his desk, was just leaving. She then proceeded to have a conversation with him, he left and she graciously turned back to me to allow me to finish what I was saying.At this point I was sorely tempted to just leave but thought we should persevere as they might actually be able to provide a good service despite their appallingly bad customer service.The lady said she didn't work at this branch all the time and would pass our details to someone who would be able to schedule a visit to measure up, etc and would call during the week.It's now getting on for 3 weeks since our visit and no contact from anyone from their store.They must be so good they really don't need our business, which I am more than happy to accommodate.
