Paula is so knowledgeable about the different foods available and since switching to Burns Sensitive, my Labrador hasn't looked back. Jane kindly delivered the food as a priority, as I was unable to collect it. It's rare to come across such personal service and I can't thank Paula and Jane enough for their kindness. It was such a relief to see my dog so improved as a result of their help.”

“Our local Pets Corner in Ripon is absolutely amazing, the store is always very clean, the staff are so helpful & friendly. Nothing is ever too much bother for them, always welcomed with a smile & if advice is needed they have the answers. Absolutely the best. We have been attending the puppy hour until our puppy was too old & had the best puppy socialisation, when we go in even now Pixie knows the staff & is keen to great them on entering the store! We've had to exchange a couple of items which had been easy to do & I love the fact that things we no longer need get donated to local dogs charity - makes it worthwhile to take in things Pixie can't use give other less fortunate dogs some help ? ”
