Waste of time visiting shelves half empty staff very unhelpful and some very rude and sarcastic self service tills never clean the whole place needs a good clean cafe staff very nice and doing a good job pity shop staff are not Manager should go on a training course about being a manager what a horrible shopping experience Ken Morrison would be appauld if still with us Aldi hear I come

I like to shop here as easy parking, pharmacy and cafe is good too. However, at times the shelves are empty meaning having to shop elsewhere after. The majority of staff are friendly and helpful, but some are downright rude. I felt really sorry for a new member of staff on the tills, who was struggling with a poorly printed coupon. The member of staff who ' helped ' was impatient and not at all supportive. It was embarrassing and uncomfortable.

Dreadful lack of staff ,waited for far too long at alcohol area and self checkouts. Never been the same since takeover , very poor level of service .

Great range and decent offers ? but the atmosphere is grim. Staff rarely greet or acknowledge customers, and service feels joyless. Today, my self-checkout was authorised without a single word before the staff member turned and walked away. It?s been like this for years, so the issue seems cultural, not occasional. Only Andy the trolley guy brings any cheer. Sort out the management, lift staff morale, and the customer experience will follow.

The store may well be fine but their chargers points are almost always out of service.
Originally Geniepoints in many Morrisons car parks; these were MFG and seemed new. I have been charging electric cars for 7yrs now and have found one charger which worked, near Portsmouth.
I've tried here four times now and received nothing.
The reader would not accept any of my 7 charge/bank cards.
Such a waste of time.

Large Morrisons store and everything inside and out as to be expected of one of their main stores.
Discounted fuel from their own forecourt and an additional Esso/ Morrisons forecourt 200m down the road??? ?

I'm normally pleased when I manage to get to Morrison because of it being quite a distance from where I live.
I decided to get a small Birthday cake for my daughter on the day of her birthday from here and normally I would check the sell by date but knowing that I've never had an issue with anything that I've brought in the past I didn't do so on this occasion.
Well when I got home unpacked my shopping my partner noticed that the cake was 3 days out of date ?. Luckily I had a cake mix so had to rush and make that up.
Got in touch with Morrisons and sent pictures of receipt and date on cake etc they responded we want more pictures ? sent the pictures over again and have heard nothing from them not even an apology.
I'm now very reluctant if I pass a Morrisons to bother shopping in their store if this is the kind of treatment they give customers. ( I mean how did a cake that I got out of a box of cakes of which must of all had been out of date 3 days out of date get missed, not even showing up at the till it being out of date either. I know co op if an item goes through the till out of date it shows up. Not a happy customer especially being a cake for my daughter's 22nd birthday.
