My wife ordered a meal for delivery and got cold fries, cold sides and no burger. After ringing to complain, the little div on the fone said you'll have to come pick it up because the uber refuses to deliver it. This is what happens when you employ kids instead of paying adult wages.

Polite enough staff but my drink was half full, when I said something about it, they said this is normal.
I eat McDonald's alot due to travelling for work and have never seen a drink this low.

It's very hit and miss. Last couple of times I've been, food has been cold, stale and a total rip off. It's a shame because sometimes it can be really nice.

Order your food Park up and wait 20 minutes whilst 70percent of everyone behind gets theirs first Donald's. Cold chips no salt. Poopy mc poofingers. The carpark is full of hungry drivethroughers. 90min delivery service to your cold dead motor. Petrol station next door do you can refuel whilst they murder the cattle.
Mc drive to the next one at leeming bar Bedale it's faster to get there and back again than your big mac and costs less in fuel than parking here with the engine on Donald's.

Hopeless, gave up and got money back after waiting in carpark for 45, yes 45 minutes.

Just so bad. Was quiet inside, only customer waiting for an order. Spent 15 mins stood there like an idiot and my food was just sat there, nobody dealing with it. By time someone decided to serve my food, I requested a new meal as it is stone cold. Staff were atrocious!!

One thing to mention before I start is that there are always problems with this location, doesn't matter if you order at peak "busy" times or early/late, I have never had an order go right! (Though it doesn't need to be mentioned the prices are also sky high for the bottom-tier cold food that you receive).
Not only did the delivery driver NOT follow any of the instructions provided, but also delivered to the WRONG address. After finally figuring out where my £40 order (not including delivery fees) went, we also noticed that we were missing not one, but TWO of our items. Incredible work, have never witnessed a more catastrophic execution of reading words off of paper.
I would highly encourage members of management to enroll their staff in reading and writing courses to help with the flow of service as it is gravely needed (would also recommend a change of delivery services as it is not the first time this has happened). The food was also cold, good job guys!!
