If I could give zero I would. Absolutely appalled and very angry. I brought my Ford focus in to have an mot on Wednesday 21st February. The car was in full working order with no errors on the dashboard. The car failed the mot due to non working sidelights on the front of the car, i was told they had tried to get it working but it was still not working. I was advised to take the car to an auto electrician. When I collected my car I then had a headlight malfunction, this was not on my car before. I paid £66 for an auto electrician to tell me the sidelights were working the whole time. I took the car back to you and was told that the auto electrician didn't know what they were talking about as the sidelight was still not working and they pointed to the light which was not working. The auto electrician wasn't open when I was told this and so left them a voicemail. The auto electrician called me back first thing on Tuesday and I took it back to them. I was then told that the light that kwikfit told me was my sidelight is actually a cornering light. This light is no longer working after kwikfit tried to 'fix' it. This light was fully working when I took it in to kwikfit. We were also advised that the car needs to go to a Ford garage to get the cornering light fixed now. My husband took the car back to kwikfit and advised them of their error. We immediately got given an mot certificate. If your staff do not know what a sidelight is on a Ford focus how on earth are they doing the job? I cannot believe I am now £66 out of pocket and have still got to spend more money to fix my car that you have broken. We have contacted Ripons area manager as we feel that your error should not leave us out of pocket.

Fantastic - we popped in on the way down south with a slow puncture. Marius took the time to take the tyre off, check it and put some sealant on it for us. Sorted within half an hour and we're good to go. Thank you so much

The fitter explained that even thoughthe tyres were legal at 20 mm theywouldn't be as efficient.This explained why the car didn't appearto be handling as normal in the wet.
