Gina and Katie were both excellent, from initial conversations through to full sale. There is a lot for them to manage with multiple parties involved and I remember saying to myself on numerous occasions that I?m glad I didn?t have to do what they were doing for me! Commission rates are also more than fair. When it came to the crunch at the end of the process they were all over it and we worked together to ensure the sale went through smoothly. Not all agents are the same!!! I recently sold my home through the lovely team at Hunters in Ripon. They absolutely nailed it from start to finish. I started with another agent and gave them nearly 6 months to sell my house and they failed miserably. The communication, professionalism and customer service were shocking. During my time with the other agent, I had more contact from Hunters asking for the opportunity to sell my home than I did from the agent I had instructed to sell it. I decided to switch and give Hunters a try. What a difference and a breath of fresh air they were. They are open, honest, professional, friendly and knowledgable. The listened, gave feedback and all the team visited my home to have a walk around so they could be familiar with it when doing viewings. To be honest they only did 2 viewing and both offered on my home and I accepted the 2nd offer. Hunters were a delight to work with, they did everything they promised and more. They updated me right through the sales process and I would use them again and again without reservation. Thanks Gena, Emily and team!!

We'd heard worrying rumours about Hunters but when we met that Hunters woman she was all smiles.....................till we told her we'd chosen a different estate agent. Her true colours showed deplorable tactics and ethics. We despised her attitude and we're very angry indeed.

I recently had a property to sell in Ripon. The service I received from Hunters Estate Agents in Ripon was outstanding. From initially walking into the office I was greeted with friendliness, courtesy and professionalism from helpful staff. I was provided with clear guidance on the selling process and a realistic valuation of the property. As I live away from the area, Hunters took care of everything, arranged all the viewings with potential buyers, and provided me with feedback and updates. Special mention must be made of Emily who took care of my sale. Her professionalism, customer service and guidance was exceptional. Throughout the whole process I was continually updated by emails and phone calls of everything that was happening. I felt totally supported throughout the whole process, right up to exchange and completion. I would strongly recommend Hunters Estate Agents to anyone looking to sell a property in the Ripon area. The team provide a 1st class service.

Great friendly staff , Its taken me over 9 months to move from Manchester to Ripon (problems in chain)All the staff at Hunters were extremely helpful , pleasant and calm, they kept the vendor up to date , I was worried they (the vendor) might pull out it was taking so long but it all worked out alright in the end as they say .So thanks to Gina and all the helpful staff at Hunters in Ripon .Best WishesJim

I have now used Hunters Ripon, to both purchase and sell. On each occasion I have found them to be professional and friendly. The team at Hunters make the whole buying and selling process stress free. I have found all the staff extremely easy to deal with, especially Emily, she really does go above and beyond!
