We bought a bed in March 2025 from the Gateshead Branch and when it was delivered part of the bed was broken. A replacement was ordered and we were told it would be 5 weeks until it would be delivered. This is not really acceptable as the bed that we paid for in full was not fit for purpose through no fault of our own. The broken part should have been replaced straightaway, particularly as we were told the part was in stock. I am still waiting for a response to comments left on their feedback form regarding this issue (10 days ago). Can someone from Benson for Beds please advise why we are having to wait 5 weeks for a broken part to be replaced when the part is actually in stock?I have also raised this issue and our deep disappointment with Bensons for Beds customer services, but needless to say we have not received a response. Sadly I would not recommend this company at all.

Had this mattress for 4 weeks and it is sagging in the middle. Bensons say this is natural settling, despite it being rotated 3 times since purchasing. There are two people sleeping on the bed, but both being forced into the middle due to the dip.
