I want to commend James in the Suzuki parts department. I tried getting service parts from several other dealers in the East London/ Essex areas. One said a part was not available currently , even to order. James took my order efficiently, said he'd need to order some parts. Within 4 days, all the parts arrived (And my initial order was placed on a Saturday morning). This is a complete contrast to other Suzuki dealers. Many thanks! I rarely give 5 stars.

Took delivery of a Vitara last week under the Motability Scheme.Andy, one of the motability specialists, went to the ends of the earth to ensure all my needs were met with a full-on relaxed 'no problem' attitude from Day 1 even thru' to coming with me to fill it up after we were officially finished on pick-up day.He literally went beyond the-extra-mile! A big THANKYOU from a punter that's had a lorra motability 'specialists' who were anything but.......

The customer service at Bachelors of Ripon was top class. Tony heads a fantastic team and went above and beyond. David was very helpful and Dana and Rosie were both extremely diligent, which made the whole experience a pleasure.

Lovely lady Dana who helped me upgrade my old(nearly dead) Nissan to a beautiful new car! She was incredibly friendly and helpful and the car was in immaculate condition despite it not being brand new. All my questions were answered and I was given the confidence that i was making the right decision and the details of how to contact Dana anytime should I need any further assistance with my car. All round excellent experience and was a quick and simple process in both thoroughly viewing the car and then setting up a finance package that worked for me. Thank you so much!
