Lots of good quality ladies clothes and nice friendly staff. Had a problem returning the item I bought at my local store (Falsgrave Road, Scarborough) as it is not part of National Age UK? Who knew there was a difference? Got in touch with Vanessa in the Ripon store where I purchased my item and she could not have been more helpful. Thanks Vanessa for restoring my faith in Age UK.

We stopped by here recently on our search for jigsaw puzzles, books and anything else that took our fancy. We really appreciate the volunteers who run shops like this. Always polite, friendly and ready to help. I found one lovely, reasonably priced jigsaw to keep my wife busy back at our home in Germany.

I found this to be a very appropriate shop for clothing, having hangers and a fitting room. The fitting room was used by me to try on a coat and has a healthy level of space, a large mirror and a table coming in handy to place any belongings on! I was very satisfied with my experiences at this shop, purchasing the coat for a fantastic price of £7.99 and being served by really friendly staff.
