Dad had used Carefound for 12 months three times a week and then ended up in hospital resulting in an operation and his care needs changing significantly. Carefound have been AMAZING, from the office team supporting us with organising everything around our changing needs. We have met quite a few new carers over recent weeks and every single one has been kind, compassionate and got everything that needed doing done.I spent the week with Dad after he came out of hospital, but having met all the fabulous carers that would be looking after him I knew he was in safe hands when I had to go home.Every single member of the Carefound team does what they do efficiently, with compassion and understanding, from the office staff to the carers themselves. The best interests of their clients are at the forefront of what they do and how they deal with people. Couldn?t have got through the last month without their support.If you or a loved one are looking for a care company that actually care, then give them a call - they are wonderful!
