No staff on overnight when they are paid to be. Staff here search your bag to see if you stole any bottles of booze. Moto pay them, when they are on other businesses here, they give out false information about discounts. Overall me an old professor feel the staff here have no idea on how to treat a customer so best avoid if you can.

After buying a meal deal yesterday 13th June I was discarding sandwich wrapper and then noticed 12th June on the packaging. Come on WHSmith check your dates daily
