My wife bought me a shirt from Trinity Fashion in November 2021 whilst we were on holiday in Richmond. The shirt was going to be a Christmas present. Due to circumstances I have not had an opportunity to try the shirt on before my birthday which was in February. Unfortunately after trying the shirt on for the first time I found it to be a little on the small size. I contacted Trinity Fashion and asked them if they would be prepared to exchange the shirt for a bigger size,. not expecting the answer to be yes, as it had been nearly 3 months from the original time of purchase. The exchange has now taken place and I cannot praise the actions/service of Trinity Fashion highly enough.

We called in today to get my husband some chinos the staff were so very helpful and ended up buying some got them home he tried them on they were to big so rang the store again so helpful checked for next size down and left them behind the desk. We went in to change them and the lady even offered to iron them as we were going out.what can I say fabulous we should be definitely supporting small independent stores.

I found enthusiasm and willingness of the people to help and go the extra mile when we had an emergency wardrobe malfunction just one hour before a wedding was fantastic. With their help our celebration was perfect I cannot recommend this establishment enough
