Called in for lunch having seen the pub whilst travelling. A dog friendly place and delightful host, unfortunately I didn't get her name, although she was a brunette with a wonder manner and customer service skills. The lunch menu had something for everyone, I definitely recommend The Punch Bowl Inn and I will certainly return myself ?

A superb hotel and pub, beautiful location to spend the evening , great staff too, incredibly welcoming and just couldn?t do enough to ensure we had a great experience, oh, forgot to mention , the food was amazing too, will definitely go back, one of my faves??

We detoured 1/2 mile out of our Herriot Way route for lunch here and it was an excellent decision. The pork and apple baguette was possibly the best thing we ate in the Dales. Great food and service.

We went for evening dinner. Amazing - good gastro pub food at a great price. You can eat in the pub area or the dining room. We preferred the dining room away from the noise of the bar. Really enjoyable evening and great views from the windows!

After a long day, we turned up at the Punch Bowl.
First impressions were a beautiful old building in the Dale's.
We were welcomed into a clean and vibrant bar area, then assisted to our room with genuine enthusiasm. Our room was gorgeous...and spotless, with amazing views.
The food was fantastic in taste and value.
After a good night's sleep, we were welcomed to a fantastic breakfast that set us up for the day. The staff couldn't have been more welcoming, friendly and helpful. Thank you for a wonderful stay.
