Since a recent closure of my local office I tried Scorton PO, the lady serving me was rude, unbothered and cold. I don?t often leave reviews but this lady was so unfriendly and i had such an uncomfortable experience i felt i had too. whe didn?t even try to put my small item through as the cheaper option even though it would have fit as i send these size items often. when asked to try it she huffed and halfhearted you tried (it fit). i?ve never felt more uncomfortable in a shop before, i used to like this place but this lady has out me off and i will not be returning. A smile and light conversation go a long way and snappy, rude responses don?t.
