Full marks to Becky, Manageress of Johnson’s in Richmond (Yorks).Following an inadvertently damaged coat belt in the cleaning process, she kindlydid the repair for free and threw in a free dry cleaning item as apology. How lovely to have such fabulous personal customer service. Rare these days to have the human touch!
