Shocking as per usual..only 8am on a Monday morning and nothing cooked or ready..nearly everytime I come to this Greggs at this time there's nothing to choose from. They know its busy at this time especially with contractors so should be pre empting the rush and have it in hand instead of people having to queue and wait or just not bother. Ended up with a cold cheese and onion pasty. It's about time you heated your shelves too Greggs as cold pasties aren't nice.

Well that's the worst greggs I've had the misfortune on stepping in to and I'm an avid visitor to Gregg's from Inverness to Brighton and lots in-between.
Staff miserable unwelcoming at best
Store dirty ( no napkins split drinks not wiped up.
No cream or sprinkles for cinnamon swirl latte, and soup out of shelf time .
So one to avoid scotch corner Greggs ?

Bought a bacon bap today 10/3/25 bacon was cold and like leather, roll looked as if it had seen better days . Not edible one bite the rest went in the bin. Not the first time I?ve had a bad experience with Greggs outlet

Once again Greggs has tried to sell me cold food. I ordered a chicken bake and sausage roll, the chicken bake was stone cold, when I expressed this the server looked shocked, I asked for an extra sausage roll at this point, the first one severed was the same temperatureas my hand, I expressed my concern and walked out.
Are Greggs looking to serve up food poisoning by serving less than luke warm food, especially CHICKEN..
Very, very poor form, I will not visit another Greggs as this is common practise as I have had this happen to many times now to be a simple mistake on the day.
Surely this is a breach of food health standards, and yet they keep getting away with this! Do Greggs not care about their customer base?

I didn't catch any names but 10/10 service from the young man and the man with the beard, very down to earth and funny and helped me navigate the greggs app, do feel for them getting to work around 5ish ?, best greggs I've been to cheers lads. ??

First time I've left a review for a Greggs, but the lady and young man working here were very pleasant considering how busy the place must be, wished me a nice day and smiles all around. When you receive customer service like that, it really does stand out compared to most food and retail places you visit where everyone looks sick of their lives ?
