What a gem of a shop. We loved looking round and bonus we got to meet coco the dog. The owner was a lovely lady. My daughter even went into say bye while we were waiting for the bus. We will definitely be back.

Wow, what a shop, it is a goldmine for gifts and things you need for your house. But above all, it is the staff, who go the extra mile to help, in fact, the extra two miles. I went in with the intention of ?having a nose?. The staff were not at my side as soon as I walked in, but when I needed help. . . . By the bucket load. I found a print I just needed it (Rod Gorwood, local guy). The staff could not do enough, got it ordered and sent to my home (as I was on my hols). And to top the help, recommended a B&B in nearby Whitby. What more can you ask for, help with gifts and places to stay. A mine of information. THANK YOU. x x

I am so grateful to Dots Place for helping me to surprise my best friend on her birthday all the way from Australia. I was spoilt by their fabulous service which virtually walked me through their store and helped me pick the perfect gifts. They then arranged a personalised card and delivery straight to her on her special day. Thank you so much! Highly recommend. Service like this is rare to find.
