Staff very unprofessional and rude service was appealing and then to top this off my tropical Mango Bubble frappee was like just a cup of milk no flavour no ice ot thickness and also the cream was that runny it just went straight into the milk and for £5.50 u expect to enjoy your drink

I?ve been coming here for some years now and what a warm welcome I get after a two hour drive from Scotland. I always get the same, Oat milk Latte and porridge. Done to perfection. Karen who always serves me is a little ray of sunshine who always seems to brighten up my morning. Absolute five star service from Karen and the team. Always a pleasure to visit.

Extremely rude lady on cash register tsking orders. Asked to have to drink in, so have proper cups, poured cappuccino into paper cup, when I said I had asked for drink in , she said she could pour it into a cup!!! Froth and chocolate sprinkles where already on the coffee so not sure how that would work!!@ Wasnt even busy!@

Saturday 18th sep 2024 time 12: 25 worse cost coffee experience I've ever had. Colleges bickering with each other. Then two colleges that where surviving us were more bothered about discussing what there plans where for the weekend I stead of serving. Coffee was cold
